Azelaic acid from beautenic is amazing.I have been struggling about my breakouts it help smoothen it

I ordered both azelic acid serum and Niacinamide 10%. I ordered niacinamide serum second time with azelic acid but it is i guess expired or what this time.
It is slimy and very smelly but the niacinamide i ordered last time was flowy and with no smell.
It cause irritation on my face and made my experience bad.
I feel like betrayed and i spent money on that it shouldn't have happened. If possible kindly send me a new niacinamide 10% serum i am not in position to buy a new one.
