- Eligibility:
- Damage must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must remain unused, and all original packaging must be retained for verification.
- Process:
- After verification of the damage claim, we will issue a replacement for the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not available, we may provide a store credit or refund based on the situation.
- Exclusions:
- Claims made after 12 hours of receiving the product will not be entertained.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight dents or scratches on the packaging, do not qualify as damage unless they affect the product's functionality.
