At Beautenic Skincare Co., customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering safe, high-quality skincare products that meet your skincare needs. However, due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we have established the following return and exchange policy in line with international skincare industry standards.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the return eligibility criteria mentioned below.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging (including outer boxes, seals, protective films, and promotional materials) to qualify for return.
  • Returns are strictly accepted only in the following cases:
    • You have received a damaged product upon delivery.
    • You have received an incorrect product.
    • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Opened, used, or tested products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to hygiene and product integrity regulations.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers, retail partners, or unauthorized channels must be returned directly to the place of purchase, not Beautenic Skincare Co.

2. Important Disclaimer

Beautenic Skincare Co. formulates products using globally accepted, high-quality ingredients and follows strict quality controls. However, individual skin types, conditions, and sensitivities may vary from person to person.

  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any skincare product.
  • Beautenic Skincare Co. is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, breakouts, sensitivities, or discomfort resulting from product use.
  • Patch test instructions are clearly mentioned on every product packaging and our official website for customer awareness.

Additionally:

  • Personal preferences such as disliking the fragrance, texture, thickness, color, feel, or application sensation of the product do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Refund or return claims based on dissatisfaction with results (e.g., "product did not work for me") are not accepted, as skincare performance varies by individual and depends on factors such as consistent use, skin type, and lifestyle.

Beautenic Skincare Co. encourages customers to consult a dermatologist if they are uncertain about any ingredient or product suitability before purchase.

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To formally initiate a return or complaint:

The return request must include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The received product(s)
    • The shipping package
    • Visible batch codes (if any)
  • Short video evidence (if applicable) showing the damage or defect clearly
  • A detailed description of the issue

 Return requests without proper images, videos, or complete information may be rejected.

Beautenic Skincare Co. reserves the right to verify claims before approving any return, refund, or replacement. Beautenic Skincare Co. reserves all the rights to do the decision on acceptance or rejection of claim with a clarity of email or whatsapp to the customer.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Beautenic Skincare Co. (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges, except in cases where a wrong or defective product has been delivered.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Beautenic error (wrong item/damaged shipment).
  • It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method; Beautenic Skincare Co. will not be liable for any lost or untraceable returns.

7. Important Notes

  • Beautenic Skincare Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
  • Multiple frequent returns or abusive behavior may result in the refusal of future orders and service.

8. Legal Rights and Brand Protection

Beautenic Skincare Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the spread of false, misleading, defamatory, or inaccurate information regarding its products, brand reputation, or services.

Any customer, influencer, affiliate, or third party found spreading false claims, misleading reviews, defamatory statements, or inaccurate representations about Beautenic Skincare Co., whether online or offline, without substantiated proof, may be subject to legal action.

Beautenic Skincare Co. reserves all rights to initiate legal proceedings under applicable laws for brand defamation, reputational damage, or misinformation.

This includes but is not limited to claims made via social media, blogs, review websites, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, podcasts, or any other public or private communication channel.

Filing of legal claims, damages recovery, and other remedies may be pursued by Beautenic Skincare Co. without prior warning in the event of proven brand harm.

Beautenic Skincare Co. also reserves the right to immediately terminate any collaboration, partnership, or affiliation without compensation if an influencer or affiliate is involved in reputational harm activities.
