Shipping Policy

At Beautenic, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped from our official distributor warehouse through registered and reliable courier partners directly to your doorstep.

Order Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched through a registered courier service. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, order size, product availability, and the courier service operating in your area.

We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you safely and within the expected delivery timeframe.

Invoice & Shipping Documents

As required under applicable laws and regulations, an invoice copy will be included with your package as part of the required shipping documentation.

Please note that an invoice will also be included for orders placed specifically as gifts. The invoice is an essential part of the order documentation and cannot be excluded from the shipment.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

A goods receipt or delivery confirmation may be required to be signed upon delivery.

If you are unavailable to receive the package personally, you may authorize an alternative person to accept the delivery on your behalf, such as:

  • A family member

  • A colleague

  • A neighbor

  • Any other trusted person at the delivery address

By authorizing another person to receive your order, you acknowledge that Beautenic will not be responsible for any loss, damage, discrepancy, or issue arising after the package has been accepted and signed for by the authorized alternative recipient.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. However, depending on the order size, quantity, delivery location, and applicable courier charges, a nominal shipping and handling fee may apply.

Shipping and handling charges start from Rs. 250/- onwards and may vary depending on the delivery station or destination.

Shipping Charges at Checkout

The applicable shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your payment.

This allows you to review the total order value, including any applicable shipping and handling fees, before placing your order.

All applicable shipping and handling charges will also be included in the invoice generated for your order.

Important Information

By placing an order on Beautenic, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Orders are dispatched from our official distributor warehouse through registered courier companies.

  • An invoice will be included with every shipment, including gift orders, where required.

  • A signature or delivery confirmation may be required upon receipt.

  • An alternative person may receive the package on your behalf if you are unavailable.

  • Beautenic is not responsible for products once they have been accepted and signed for by an alternative recipient.

  • Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, will be communicated at checkout before payment.

  • Applicable shipping and handling charges will form part of the final invoice.
